ADLware integrates directly into your Quickbooks account File. Just select ADLware in the Company Drop-down in Quickbooks and instantly get all of the Invoice, miles, expenses, Vendor Invoices, & Payroll items placed quickly and easily into your Quickbooks System.

ADLware also integrates with a number of Payroll services including Coastal Software, Paychoice, and actively working with ADP and others to provide our customers with additional payroll options.

ADLware is a authorized reseller and development partner of Intuit, the parent company of Quickbooks. We understand that the HomeCare industry has very specific payroll and billing needs. We provide the details around Long Term Care Insurance billing, Split Invoices, multiple billing parties and then transfer those details, and the invoice/payroll/vendor to your Quickbooks file. We found that no matter how advanced other systems were in the area of AR and Payroll all of that detail eventually made it back to Quickbooks. 

Quickbooks integration is tricky but we spent over 6 months building and testing the ADLware Quickbooks Integration to handle all of your billing ADLware Quickbooks Integration scenarios, expenses, mileage, vendor pay (1099) and employee time-cards. Don't be fooled by other integrations. Make sure ALL of your Home Care transactions are integrated seamlessly, specifically vendors invoices (1099 contractor pay), mileage billing and reimbursement, expense billing and reimbursement just to name a few.

ADLware has a very deep web service integration with Coastal Software / Payroll managers. This integration replaces the need for the Quickbooks integration and Coastal integrates your data to Quickbooks for billing, hosts your Quickbooks file in the cloud, and manages your Payroll, direct deposit, etc. This is all manged via real-time transactions with no need for file downloads or imports.

The Paychoice integration is very similar and leverages the same integration as your Quickbooks file. In this model you import your billing into Quickbooks but the Payroll/Time-card data is securely transferred automatically to Paychoice, where they process the fields and prepare your payroll for review and processing.
